This website (playskorm.com) is owned and operated by Loki Games LLC, a limited liability company based in Boise, Idaho 83709. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Loki Games LLC.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from the use of this site or the purchase of products shall be resolved in the courts located in Boise, Idaho.

By placing an order for a board game or additional armies, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a guardian. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

• All Sales are Final: All products, including the base board game and any additional army expansions, are sold on a “Final Sale” basis.
• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or store credit under any circumstances, including but not limited to buyer’s remorse, subjective dissatisfaction with game mechanics, or changes in personal financial situation.
• No Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges of physical merchandise once it has been shipped from our facility.
• Manufacturing Defects: In the rare event that a product arrives with missing components or significant manufacturing defects, you must notify us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Loki Games LLC reserves the right to provide replacement parts at our sole discretion.

All orders are shipped from our designated fulfillment centers. The risk of loss and title for all items purchased pass to you (the buyer) upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

All game designs, artwork, army statistics, logos, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Loki Games LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or “remixing” of our assets for commercial use is strictly prohibited and protected by U.S. and International Copyright laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loki Games LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms.
